Patch Information Needed

Looking for information on the two patches shown.

I have seen the Gunner patches before but not with the words "SAC Gunner".

The other B-52 patch was used by whom and what does the E-63 refer to near the tail?

I think E-63 was the crew number. I believe the E was used for deployed crews, there were so many that they got up to 63 and maybe beyond. Each crew normally had a number that started with R for Ready or L for Lead, unless they were in the top 10% IIRC, then it had an S for Select Crew. The SAC Gunner is 100% good, my dad wore one just like it. Somewhere I have a pic of it. Those are both nice patches!

I didnt think of crew patches for B-52’s. I agree, Both are great looking patches.
