I like squadron plaques, and have had others in the past, but normally no longer collect them. However, seeing several posted lately there seems to be interest so here is one I recently picked up. I picked it up as soon as I saw it to go with the squadron helmet that I already had. It's from VMFA-232 Red Devils and there is a shadow from the former presence of a brass plate that has either fallen off or been removed previously. If anyone else has some Marine squadron plaques, love to see them.

There is a contract label on the back of the helmet but not sure what numbers indicate the date. I posted the helmet a few months ago on another thread after I got it from the RIO who used it.
