US Dog Tags Same Soldier Different RA Numbers

Hello All,

 

Below is a link (if link doesn't work just cut and paste) for an eBay auction I have for 3 WWII US dog tags. What has me confused is this GI has two different RA numbers. These are not off by a few digits. They are completely different. My auction has a link to his obituary. He served in the eastern theater and was involved in assorted action plus he became an FBI agent. Could this have something to do with the different numbers? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

One is his enlisted serial number (left tag NOK) and the right set has his officers serial number.
