Javelin4life Posted July 28, 2017 Share #1 Posted July 28, 2017 I recently obtained a rim impressed named and numbered Philippine campaign medal. In hand, The pictures do absolutely no justice. I noticed though that after the William OConnor, that it says "BLK" before the 1189 number on the rim. Would anyone have any insight to what this means? Is this an abbreviation for his last name, or potentially his ethnic city? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
