WWII 7TH Infantry Division troops marching in formation

I found these photos among my dad's documents. There is no identifying info on the back except a stamp on each of them by the Army Pictorial Service, Central Pacific Area. Photos were taken by the Signal Corps, and each photo has a file number.

Would appreciate help identifying the location and approximate date. I'm thinking Fort Ord or other California location.

Here are photos of the reviewing parties at the above formation.

I recognize Maj. Gen. Charles H. Corlett in the front row in the foreground and Brigadier General Archibald V. Arnold to Corlett's immediate left.

Can anyone help identify the other officers?

 

What is the emblem on Corlett's right breast pocket?
