All,

For those of you who have never seen it, here is a link to Frank Trzaska's "US Military Knives and Bayonets" website:

http://www.usmilitaryknives.com/

Frank is a nice guy and he has assembled an impressive amount of information in his site. It isn't the most user friendly site, but that makes it all the more fun as new information is found around every click.

Some highlights of the site are

- Reproduction recognition pages (invaluable if you deal at all in knives)

- The American Military Edged Weapons Museum (some amazingly rare knives pictured)

A hidden gem is the archives of the "Knife Notes"

Definately worth a look!

Chris,

I agree with you 100%. It's a top-notch website and Frank Trzaska is a class act. I would like to add a direct link to Gary Cunningham's (Bayonetman) articles on Frank's website. "Bayonet Points" is a priceless source of information on US military bayonets and a great companion to Gary's book "American Military Bayonets of the 20th Century."

Folks, if you like US military blades, it doesn't get any better than
