History Man

Came across this yesterday from an old picker I know...definitely a first for me. A scrapbook to a Capt. who served as referee to the 1937 series boxing tournament and sports games for Fort Schofield and around Pearl Harbor. Includes newspaper clippings, boxing match programs, tournament programs, orders, event information and maps, and even his Official ribbon that he wore. I don't know much about sports material, nevertheless boxing, but this is a cool one.

Salvage Sailor

I've got a pile of these Schofield Barracks 'Smokers' programs in my Hawaiian Division archive. They were inter-unit matches at the Boxing Bowl culminating in a Divisional Championship.
