ocsfollowme Posted June 24, 2017 Share #3 Posted June 24, 2017 Can you post a better photo of the large yellow patch on the front please? The Mexico Air Force patch is the rarest as bob stated. Great camp Stewart and longhorn ordnance works patch.

hirsca Posted June 28, 2017 Author Share #8 Posted June 28, 2017 Nice find. Al! Thanks Bob. I'm now trying to find out a value for the Mexico patch, from the Mexican 201st fighter squadron (the Aztec Eagles) that fought with the US in the Phillipines. Good to hear from you. hirsca Posted July 23, 2018 Author Share #10 Posted July 23, 2018 Update. Kathy and I went on a cruise in June to celebrate our 50th anniversary. While on Cozumel Island during a birding tour, we drove by this monument. It was for the Mexican Air Force that fought with US in the Pacific. The patch I have is for that Mexican Expeditionary Air Force (Fuerza Aerea Expedicionaria Mexicana, FAEM). Attached are closeup pictures of the patch now removed from the jacket and a couple of pictures for the monument (it was raining unfortunately). Thanks, Al
hirsca Posted July 23, 2018 Author Share #11 Posted July 23, 2018 The background of the patch is more purple the the pictures show. Enjoy, Al
ocsfollowme Posted August 24, 2023 Share #12 Posted August 24, 2023 I bought it from hirsca but then I resold it several years ago. I do have another one, but it has a bit of a stitching error on the border. I think I have seen 3 of these in 16 years of collecting.
