This is a nice portrait of a WW2 discharged black American. Having trouble with the ribbons, one ribbon looked like it had stripes. Anyone know what it is? Thanks in advancerps20170621_190232_586.jpg

Bottom row looks like American Defense, Asiatic Pacific, Good Conduct.

Top row a bit trickier. Right side looks like WW2 Victory. To left of that looks like Philippine Liberation.  To the left of that, I can't tell.

Went to the local junk store and the guy gave it to me for free, after I found a m43 field jacket at same store, maybe I shouldn't say junk store, not really
