McDermut99 Posted June 21, 2017 Share #1 Posted June 21, 2017 This uniform came to me from a gentleman who operates a local estate sale company. It includes the service coat, wool undershirt, and trousers. He received it from the veteran's grandson who said that the soldier at some point served guard duty on Okinawa. Unfortunately the soldiers ASN is one of the ones that is not listed in the NARA – AAD enlistment record database, which makes research a bit harder. In any case the uniform is still very nice. The SSI on the service coat are loop stitched instead of a standard stitching pattern. Overall the three pieces have a few sporadic moth bites, but are otherwise in excellent condition. A great addition to the collection. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
