Question about morale patches I found at flea market

I see these on eBay all of the time but I shy away from them as I don't know how you would be able to verify if a particular design was ever worn due to the vast numbers of them out on the market being made by different vendors from different countries. I found a small box of them at the flea market last weekend for 5 dollars. Some are made of plastic or a rubber like material with Velcro backing. I was wondering if anyone recolonizes any of them and if they are or were actually worn overseas on load bearing vests and the like? Could they be something worn by paintballers?

IIRC these are Airsoft/milsim/paintball related to a T. There are some guys who have had PVC patches on their uniforms, but it seems to be incredibly small.

Patchcollector

Not all patches sold in the middle east were made there. Some were made in China(or elsewhere)and sold over there.IIRC,there is a thread here discussing this issue.

These are american made (atleast the seller is american, but i'd say except for the pvc ones they are US made), Milspec Monkey brand. These are available for sale to everyone, but various Milpec Monkey designs have been seen worn by deployed soldiers.

The military pinup designs (i love them) were made by artist Andrew Bawidamann (i have a badly made copy of one, pakistan made and sold in an afghan shop). The girls ones in 2nd row were designed by Indonesian illustrator Yona Yunistia.

Wow thanks for identifying the various pieces.

USMarineCorps

As mentioned before these were/ are widely available but also worn in the field by US troops. I have a few pictures of these pin up girl patches being worn by SF troops.
