Here's my small collection of Prisoner of War tags that were used to identify captured enemy soldiers. The larger two are US made while the smaller is British. The second one has been partially filled out and for some reason a German postage stamp has been added. That one is pretty much identical to the first except that Japanese writing has been added to the instructions.
