Each year during the Patriot Freedom Festival, guaranteed "something" will walk in the door. This year we got a nice WWII Navy jumper with 1/2 inch ribbons, and several other goodies...but probably the best are two Civil War discharges to brothers. One served in the 36th Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, a Regiment that was in the thick of it: Second Bull Run, Antietam, Chickamauga, and more. The other served in the First Ohio Heavy Artillery. Both boys were the ripe old age of 18 when they were discharged, so they enlisted at age 15 and 16.
