Thanks for showing the care package, some nice pieces there even with the poor storage. Lots of the makers I have never heard of, as I would guess looking at the items and the style of printing and the laid out printed sheet on the right of the photograph that this would be WWI period for the AEF. I have attached a bandage package which is marked AEF across the top of the label, mine also has not been stored too well.

This is a good pic of a civilian footpowder can enlisted with AEF. A couple of years ago I bought in France a lot of three of them plus four "Manhattan" but I'm still waiting for the postman.
