I really like these type of finds/items. To me they're very personal. I picked up a USGI chapstick and c-rat stove from a Vietnam Vet. Got to say I was honored to get them.

I still have items given to me by Viet Nam vets coming home and didnt want the stuff. I still remember Lance Corporal George Pillsbury from West Virginia, Mom had him come to our house from the VA hospital in Portsmouth, VA. for Thanksgiving diner. He had been wounded in Viet Nam. I was impressed. I kept staring at his ribbons He gave them to me and I still have them today. I'd like to give them back to him. 1969. I'll never forget him.
