etousa Posted April 19, 2017 Author Share #23 Posted April 19, 2017 Here is the earliest photo of have of General Doolittle wearing the uniform....he has just returned to Washington from the raid, notice the new Brigadier General Doolittle is holding a picture entitled Shangri-La which is where Roosevelt said the planes took off from.
