Rifleman Posted April 8, 2017 Share #1 Posted April 8, 2017 Went to a Civil War Relic show this morning and saw these cleaning rods.I asked the seller if they were early Trapdoor rods.He said he didn't know what they were for,but for $5 each,I could have them.I bought all three.I went to see my cousin this afternoon and he has a Trapdoor with the later M73 rod and I compared them for length.They are all the same length as the M73 rod which is 35 9/19 inches.These should be somewhat rare,right?
