northcoastaero Posted April 6, 2017 Share #4 Posted April 6, 2017 The USAF flight helmet appears to be a P-4A or an earlier P series helmet upgraded to the P-4A standards. Probably from the mid-late 1950s era. The number 7 on the back of the helmet could be associated with a number assigned to the pilot and may not be part of the squadron number? Hope this helps.
