Why would they unless maybe a few soldiers were assigned to a Canadian unit for some reason and went through their jump training.

Currently they are worn only on the Dress uniform years ago they were also worn on the filed uniform

in accordance with the procedures provided in AR 600–8–22, to accept, retain, and wear a foreign badge.

Jumpin Jack

Patchrat is absolutely correct. Foreign wings are worn on the right side above the breast pocket. Jack

I don't know what time period you are looking at but here is a BDU shirt with CANADIAN jump wings, The Shirt has a 1990 contract date

This Soldiers was Active duty then went to the GA NG. While on active duty with the 82nd Airborne he was able to earn the Canadian wings. The 24th ID patch above is also a little different. The GA NG unit (48th INF BDE) the Soldier was assigned to was a round out Brigade for the 24th Division.

the reason I asked the question about the Canadian jump wings, I found these 3 wings in a pocket of a 1975, 173rd AB

jacket and wondered why they were there
