schmooser Posted April 4, 2017 Share #1 Posted April 4, 2017 Found this under a pile of new bayonets at a local store, got a great deal. The blade is unmarked. The RCC knife below is for sizing. Is it possible to ID a maker based on the fuller design?
Steve S. Posted April 4, 2017 Share #2 Posted April 4, 2017 blade looks like a PAL RH-36 to me, but there were a few factory produced knives that had very similar profiles.

It is a 7" blade, so a RH-37? The fuller on my RH-36's do look similar in size and location.
sundance Posted April 5, 2017 Share #4 Posted April 5, 2017 I love those theatre/soldier made knives. I don't seem to run into them very often (but I don't shop ebay)/
schmooser Posted April 5, 2017 Author Share #5 Posted April 5, 2017 Lots on eBay but I mostly find them in the wild locally at antique stores and gun shows. The hunt is what gives me a thrill. Yesterday while waiting for my wife at the airport I located a Remington bullet knife online. Contacted the seller and arranged to pick it up on the way home. Got home to look closer at it and checked the model number in my books. Got a hell of a deal.
