BILL THE PATCH Posted March 31, 2017 Share #1 Posted March 31, 2017 Was wondering seeing if someone can help determine when and where this CIB was made. Thanks in advance.

Reforger Posted March 31, 2017 Share #3 Posted March 31, 2017 It was sold as a German theater made piece for quite a bit of money. The craftsmanship looks a little sloppy for a German made piece though. Maybe it's Asian made? If the clutch fasteners are the original ones that came with the CIB, it could be an American piece as well. But I'm no expert.
BILL THE PATCH Posted March 31, 2017 Author Share #4 Posted March 31, 2017 That's why I was Questioning it, it looks theater made but not German. I have the cib book but it's limited a few examples. Sent from my XT1031 using Tapatalk
rd12 Posted April 1, 2017 Share #5 Posted April 1, 2017 I agree with Reforger, looks too crude to be German made. The wreath is too poorly done. Certainly theater made, but probably SE Asia. Clutches are not original to badge. Interesting variation, I was surprised how much it sold for though ($53)
