GeneralCheese Posted March 26, 2017 Share #1 Posted March 26, 2017 I'd love to say this is an Advisor helmet, but I haven't been able to find any information on the name "Wallace M.D" to prove that. What I can say, however, is that the paint is old, and that the KW-era liner has been with the late-50s shell for a long time based on the matching rust stains. Burning Hazard Posted March 26, 2017 Share #15 Posted March 26, 2017 Never seen a camo painted shell like this one, I like it!
ArchangelDM Posted March 26, 2017 Share #16 Posted March 26, 2017 I like it a lot , not sure of era etc but looks great. The wear and paint are what you should see on an original camo helmet Congrats
Cap Camouflage Pattern I Posted March 26, 2017 Share #17 Posted March 26, 2017 Very cool, reminds me of the ARVN ranger helmets, obviously not the same.
kammo-man Posted March 30, 2017 Share #18 Posted March 30, 2017 Pattern looks VERY close to the scheme for MUTTs etc late 1970s.
Ewart Posted March 31, 2017 Share #19 Posted March 31, 2017 I have to agree with what Owen says, its been painted in a MERDC scheme. Which will date it from late 1970's onward.
