ParanormalTrooper Posted March 26, 2017 Share #1 Posted March 26, 2017 Hello! I purchased this holster a few months ago and threw it on my USMC display... Now, I am starting to update that display and I am replacing the pistol belt with a USMC marked M1923 Garand belt. The web belt itself, and the ammo pouch, are WWI era items and I was thinking about starting a WWI display/set up. So is this WWI or WWII? The stamp is pretty much gone. Thanks. Ronny67 Posted March 26, 2017 Share #4 Posted March 26, 2017 I have a Graton & Knight Co. Made holster without a date, which is considered WWII by everyone who has seen it. This one really looks to be in good shape for a WWI made piece. I would say WWII, but maybe someone here who knows more will chime in. Thanks for sharing regardless. Charlie Flick Posted March 27, 2017 Share #6 Posted March 27, 2017 PT: It is hard to diagnose without having it in hand to examine, but given the brass M1910 hook I would say it is more likely than not WW1 production. Regards, Charlie
