Beehm Posted March 25, 2017 Author Share #3 Posted March 25, 2017 Maybe I put this wrong: Would it make sense (historically) to create a jacket that shows a MF skull patch on the left sleeve, an OD green MF tape over the left breast pocket AND a CCS shell burst patch on the right breast pocket? (I gotta admit the whole MACV-SOG/CIDG/MF thing is a bit confusing to me now..) I unintentionally put this question into the wrong subforum, so Admins please move it over to repro gear. Thank you! Mike Force they were operating in Vietnam Vietnam.I,II,III, IV and V Corps Mike Force. SOG and Mike Force are US Special Forces,but Not mix SOG patch or Mike Force patches in jungle jacket or in a Tiger stripe shirt, I hope I can clarify to you my answer. Everyone will recognize it as a modern garment and the patches as repros in a split second anyway. I just wanted to imitate it as close as possible. River Patrol Posted March 26, 2017 Share #7 Posted March 26, 2017 I can't say that I've ever seen Mike Force patch mixed with a SOG bomb burst patch on an original jacket......It seems like it could happen, just never seen the combo......heck, I haven't even seen the singular Mike Force-bomb burst patch shown above (see SOG RT MAMBA's pic) ever on an original uniform before either.
