I've seen a lot of pocket patches, but this MACV one doesn't ring right with me. Tell me I'm wrong.

Pictures are kinda small but I would have to agree with you. Looks like thicker thread. Weird edge crimp on plastic. Not the greatest detail to MacV . An the one that kills it for me is the backing covering up the back.Usually open or coarse mesh material.

I'm gonna say it's good. I have one just like I'm pretty sure. Sometimes paper was used on the back. If you find printed arvn patches in hangers a lot of them have paper to stiffen them up too.

By the way it's a regional force/popular forces patch

Never say never in Vietnam patch collecting. I have had plenty of pocket hangers but none of the hand embroidered ones had paper to the back. I would like to see some as I am open to change my opinion.

It is good to keep coming back and checking where I post my opinion. It gives me a chance to look at the patch over and over and the more I look at it the better it gets. Besides the design is not one that is copied a lot. I'm glad that Bob chimed in and broke the tie on opinions. I will agree with Bob's and Hunters opinions . You are never to old to learn<br />Regards, Mitch

it's posted on Letgo, $20, Hope Mills, NC. Says he won't ship, so if someone is close, then a bird dog for you.

Someone needs to scoop that up quick. Heck of a price for a scarce patch

Great looking patch. I looked and couldn't find it. Maybe someone scooped it up, great deal
