There are potentially several clues embedded but I just haven't been able to piece them all together. I am guessing it is possibly a training unit of some type but it could be something else as well. The goat has what looks like a stack of books and an overhead projector strapped to his back. His green cap has something on the front which might be the letters FTD, and what appear to be 506C on his hip.
