bill59 Posted March 11, 2017 Share #1 Posted March 11, 2017 Hello, this photo was taken in 1972. The Marine served in the Philippines and then Vietnam I have quite a bit of his items. Due to size constraints I have only shown him. Can somebody tell me about the ribbons he is wearing and perhaps the citation? Also, the little correspondence i have, says he was a senior NCO.
