That's actually MultiCam and it is genuine issue. To my knowledge they haven't made any OCP/Scorpion W2 Combat Shirts yet, they just started making FRACUs in OCP. Problem being is that a lot of MultiCam items (even prior to OCP's creation) were marked OCP instead of MultiCam or OEF-CP. You can tell because of the vertical splotches, especially on the shoulders, and the inclusion of that dark black/brown which was repalced by a faded brown on actual OCP items. Plus it's lacking the darker green found in the OCP scheme.

I don't see any of the vertical elements, although the photo is bad so it's hard to tell.

I'm sorry about the terrible photo. Thats the only picture I have. I am I right to assume the 10 in the contract number means it was made in 2010?

It means the contract was started in 2010, but contracts can last for years. A member here has a pair of multicam pants with a contract from before multicam was adopted, it started as an UCP contract but it was modified into a Multicam/ OCP / OEF-CP contract.

I looked at it this morning, it looks more like Multicam then OCP.
