copper252 Posted March 4, 2017 Author Share #6 Posted March 4, 2017 Is it Multicam or the OCP?
Cap Camouflage Pattern I Posted March 5, 2017 Share #7 Posted March 5, 2017 Scorpion W2 / OCP, the newer one.
Matthew1945 Posted March 5, 2017 Share #8 Posted March 5, 2017 That's actually MultiCam and it is genuine issue. To my knowledge they haven't made any OCP/Scorpion W2 Combat Shirts yet, they just started making FRACUs in OCP. Problem being is that a lot of MultiCam items (even prior to OCP's creation) were marked OCP instead of MultiCam or OEF-CP. You can tell because of the vertical splotches, especially on the shoulders, and the inclusion of that dark black/brown which was repalced by a faded brown on actual OCP items. Plus it's lacking the darker green found in the OCP scheme.
Cap Camouflage Pattern I Posted March 5, 2017 Share #9 Posted March 5, 2017 I don't see any of the vertical elements, although the photo is bad so it's hard to tell.

Thats the only picture I have. I am I right to assume the 10 in the contract number means it was made in 2010?
Cap Camouflage Pattern I Posted March 6, 2017 Share #11 Posted March 6, 2017 It means the contract was started in 2010, but contracts can last for years. A member here has a pair of multicam pants with a contract from before multicam was adopted, it started as an UCP contract but it was modified into a Multicam/ OCP / OEF-CP contract. I looked at it this morning, it looks more like Multicam then OCP.
Cap Camouflage Pattern I Posted March 6, 2017 Share #13 Posted March 6, 2017 Alright then, I concede that it is likely multicam.
