That's exactly what it is, Fort Leavenworth USCG Reserve training patch for Aids to Navigation (ATON) and Marine Safety (required topics to complete, note the date of the course) AVA and IVV have to do with the ATON marker system on the Missouri River circa 1990's Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
