milsurp_scout_14 Posted February 27, 2017 Share #2 Posted February 27, 2017 As I understand, the early pack frames (for those designated LC-1) were painted black; later frames (for those designated LC-2) were an anodized green color. It appears this changeover happened somewhere around 1977. That gives you a rough idea; but I'm not sure beyond that method. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
