kilgarvan Posted February 17, 2017 Share #1 Posted February 17, 2017 Crazy question, how deep of snow can a 1945 Willys drive in? I have a living history event coming up and we want to drive the jeep in the snow.....I'd say we have about a foot of snow. Some will melt his weekend. Some of the snow is packed down and uneven. No chains.... Don't want to get it stuck..... Thanks
No Quarter Posted February 17, 2017 Share #2 Posted February 17, 2017 I'd say you should be fine. As long as you dont frame it on some hard packed snow. If you do get stuck, put some sticks under your back tires to get some traction. Do you have original tread tires? Like the ones they used to use? No Quarter Posted February 18, 2017 Share #4 Posted February 18, 2017 Yes tires are original tread. Thanks Yeah, I'd go ahead and do it. I would just have someone present with a truck and tow strap just in case. Sounds like a fun time! Jacob
