Vietnam KIA Burial Flag

While I can't now post pictures, I have my Dad's burial flag from 1972. He was not a Vietnam casualty, but a retired Marine (1936-1957) who died in '72. The government supplied the flag, and he had a full Marine honor guard at the funeral - services were held at USMCAS El Toro. Since this was during the Vietnam war, I'd have to assume the flag was the same as would be issued to a Vietnam deceased veteran. Really, nothing special about the flag itself which covered his casket. It was the standard length for those things, and all sewn, not printed, and all in cotton cloth. Each of the fifty stars were sewn, as well as the stripes. It has two brass grommets on the canvas edge adjacent to the blue field. As far as markings on the canvas strip, I can't tell, as the flag is still folded from the day of the funeral. I've never unfolded it, and have no intention of doing so. I also have some of the brass from the rifle salute fired at the ceremony. I hope this helps you.
