VenitHora Posted February 7, 2017 Share #1 Posted February 7, 2017 I always wanted some gold star KIA pins and I was lucky enough to find these. No history but a lineup of 3 star relative in service pins starting from 3 blue to 1,2 then 3 gold stars. I thought a lineup like this is pretty unique and I hope others feel the same way. Brian Keith Posted February 7, 2017 Share #3 Posted February 7, 2017 Yes, very nice, but somber. I wonder how many families sacrificed three members. BKW
KASTAUFFER Posted February 7, 2017 Share #4 Posted February 7, 2017 I own a group to 3 brothers who died during WWII. 2 were Naval Aviators, the other brother in the US Army. Here are the pins their mother wore. All 3 are solid gold.

VenitHora Posted February 8, 2017 Author Share #6 Posted February 8, 2017 Thanks for the comments all. Kurt, that is a very poignant group. It is great to see these groupings being preserved and appreciated.
