ID, possibly related to early 40's UC-102A Reawin Cloudster...

Here's an odd one I'm hoping someone on the forum may recognize, it's a cheneille type , I was told on Facebook that it "may be" related to a small single engine aircraft made by the "Rearwin" company back in the late 30's early 40's called the Cloudster ,UC-102A (8135) alos the Navy may have used them and were called UC-61A , if you have anything on this emblem please post, much thanks , also an image of a civil "Cloudster" for example ..........
