It looks SVN made but something about it doesn't look right like the threading and backing material not being tight enough if that make sense. I like it, along with the RID 41 patch from the same seller that went a lot higher than my bid yesterday. So how much did I just cost myself with this comment? Thanks for your comments so I guess it is real. It just looked like some of the bad stuff that is being made for someone specifically SVN ranger scrolls where the fold over of excessive material on the back looks like this.
