Good day,

I want to show you, one of the last completed General officer dress I own in my collection, named to Gen. Robert C. Richardson Jr..

In the lot there was jacket , trousers and some great of his personal items: expecially his ribbon sets, saber knot for general and bullion eagle for visor.

I Guess that he used it with his blue dress visor, instead with his class a also because I didn't find any photos of him with a visor with bullion eagle.

Any help in find a photo of him in Blue dress will be really appreciated.

Thanks all

Giancarlo

Hello Giancarlo,

The bullion eagle is absolutely amazing as is the entire uniform. The ribbon bars appear to be rather unique as they appear to be very narrow. Thank you for sharing. Jack

So finally I decided to put the original ribbons set (the bigger ones) that were used on this set, due to the fact the small were used on his summer set.

here the final result I guess it looks better

here a cool update that I think you will appreciate for sure

The white dress of Richardson before was promoted to gen. and meanwhile was assigned to 5th Cav. Reg.

he was colonel between 1935 to 1938
