The pommel has a single pin. The knives guard is marked "CAMILLUS, NY", "U.S.N. MARK 2" The scabbards front is marked "US NAVY", "MARK 2" the reverse is marked "NORD- 4723", "B. M. Co.", " the number 6 with a line over it ", VP" It seems the 6 indicates manufacture time frame but can't find that information I know I have it some where maybe someone can help with that as well.
