Tonomachi Posted January 17, 2017 Share #2 Posted January 17, 2017 This probably started off as an Army shirt where the US Army tape was removed and whoever sewed the Trident on did so a little to low. I've never seen photos of a printed Trident being worn by anyone so my take is that it is bogus. A lot of collectors don't trust uniforms coming out of Thailand because there are some that will add things to uniforms in an attempt to increase their value. patches Posted January 17, 2017 Share #4 Posted January 17, 2017 There was this old topic from 07, and more recent ones, but as we see, unlike the shirt her in the OP, a U.S. NAVY tape or a UDT tape is worn under Trident patch. http://www.usmilitariaforum.com/forums/index.php?/topic/10362-1975-udt-seal-team-fatiques-for-sale-on-ebay/ http://www.usmilitariaforum.com/forums/index.php?/topic/278790-early-navy-udt-seal-utility-shirts-idd/ http://www.usmilitariaforum.com/forums/index.php?/topic/252284-help-please-early-udtseal-insignias-on-utility-shirts/
