Championhilz Posted January 14, 2017 Share #1 Posted January 14, 2017 I picked up this ID'D Ike Jacket on Ebay for a very good price - it belonged to Barner R. Deckard, who was from Liverpool, Pennsylvania. According to his Pennsylvania World War II Compensation File, he enlisted June 20, 1942, and went overseas May 3, 1944, and remained in Europe until November 1945. MattS Posted January 14, 2017 Share #4 Posted January 14, 2017 Nice one! I'm thinking the missing ribbon is the American Campaign, easy enough to replace.
