It's immediate post war and these were both veteran wear and often given as awards at the Corps level. Images attached of engraved presentation examples. The other badge is the Union Civil War 22nd (XXIInd) Corps. It is a veteran's piece worn post war but a nice early example (late 1800's / turn of the century) with the T pin hinge.
