searching WAC 6 digit service numbers?

From what I was reading, WAC service numbers were six digits and was curious if these numbers are searchable like the normal WWII enlistment records. I have a tag with the number 416858 and since WAC numbers starting with "4" are with 4th service command, this would make sense since I'm in North Carolina.

 

How do I determine who this number belonged to? Nothing comes up on the archives.gov website.

And 4 mean Alabama, Florida, Georgia Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee so that's ok.
