patches Posted January 11, 2017 Share #4 Posted January 11, 2017 The OD sweater was an item that wasn't officially proscribed as an outer garment, but at least in the old 10th Light Division at Camp Hale Colorado it was proscribed on occasion, but one would see patches shoulder or rank on them.
