Niki Posted December 18, 2016 Share #1 Posted December 18, 2016 Hi guys , I have the opportunity to buy a 1952 MK1 ejection Seat from a former belgium air force meteor aircraft. Every parts are on it included the Seat parachut where the pilot sits on it but the shoulderstraps are gone. My question is ,the MK1 was this Seat used in the F-86 or other aircraft used by de USAF in that era ? Will most some pict when i see the seat this week. Thanks guys... The Canadair CL.13B Sabre Mk.6 as used in the German Air Force, have been retrofitted with Martin Baker Mk.5 seats later on in their service life.
