ocsfollowme Posted December 16, 2016 Share #4 Posted December 16, 2016 Do you want to save the patches or save the wood?

Bill Scott Posted December 16, 2016 Share #6 Posted December 16, 2016 If it is Elmers glue they should peel right off with out to much of a problem. If it is wood glue or book binding glue I start at one of the sharp corners and use both thumbs and try to roll the patch like you would a carpet. If that does not work as a last resort I have used a sharp putty knife to literally scrape them off the wood. You are lucky it is beret flashes and not a 600.00 dollar SSI.Scotty
ocsfollowme Posted December 16, 2016 Share #7 Posted December 16, 2016 Then you could try soaking the entire thing in water to loosen the glue bond.
