Is this US Aggressor Forces insignia? If so, what era? 1 1/4" diameter.

1/509th Infantry, OPFOR at the JRTC, Ft. Polk, LA.

These were also used by OPFOR units at FT Irwin/NTC

I think they were used Army wide because the OPFOR unit at Fort Hood in the early 90s (that had a T-54 and T-62) wore these also.
