Misfit 45 Posted November 21, 2016 Share #1 Posted November 21, 2016 When I got my ACC (Aerial) M4, I didn't think I needed its younger sister, but I just couldn't keep them apart. I went to the Big Reno Gun Show and she was just sitting there looking at me, so I brought her home. It's a late AERIAL M4 with staked pins. It has the coarse stamping rather than the thin line stamping. Not unlike they way PAL used the dual method of stamping their M4s. I haven't seen a lot of Aerial M4s, so I was wondering if the coarse stamping was used before the use of straight pins in the latch plate, or if that stamping came months later. I just haven't seen pictures of the Aerials where both the cross guard and the latch plate was shown so it remains a mystery to me. Thanks for looking. SKIPH Posted November 21, 2016 Share #3 Posted November 21, 2016 Marv- Don't see a lot of Aerial M4s. Took me years to get my hands on one. Thanks for showing! SKIP
