But what puzzles me are the shoulder patches that are visible. They are somewhat like the octagon bar and circle patch one sees online but in the photo the circle is complete. They appear to be felt patches. The picture is definitely in Hawaii per the B10/12 behind them. You get a dollar if you can guess the three top brass in the picture.
