wcdino685 Posted September 18, 2016 Share #1 Posted September 18, 2016 Well, for some reason I'm having issues with getting a picture uploaded from my phone. I will have to get them up later Anyway I found some discharge papers for a Ensign assigned to the USS Oakland a Atlanta Class Cruiser. One of the Documents is signed 1946 by J.B. Olendorf "Commandant" I think as a Carbon Copy. My question is...Is a carbon copy of a signature still classified as a signature since its that same person making that signature?
