Tim B Posted August 30, 2016 Share #1 Posted August 30, 2016 Picked up a couple of WW2 (circa 1943) screw back collar devices in the lot of a Coast Guard Chief Signalman. The lot included a right arm chevron (dtd 1943), distinguishing sleeve (shield) insignia, cap anchor, the gilt buttons for the winter service blue jacket and a WW2 Victory Medal ribbon.
