US Tracked Fighting Vehicle ID? Dutch Army YPR

Second time I saw this tracked vehicle. Once when it was headed south on I-5 from maybe the Redding, CA area and then several days later I see it a the Dunigan, CA Pilot gas station. Easier to take photos when it's standing still.

 

Not a Bradley chassis, Funky turret. Doesn't fit the old M113.

 

Help ID'ing it

Probably an ex-Dutch army YPR. They were phased out recently and only the Military Police and Engineers still have some examples

Would make sense as Redding has an Engineering unit. Sacramento has an MP unit.

 

I mean in the Dutch military. I'm not sure if the US military ever used these.
